Abortion up under Bush?

Despite Howard Dean's and John Kerry's statements to the contrary, abortion continues to decline as it has since the early '90s.

Dean: "You know that abortions have gone up 25 percent since George Bush was President ?"

That is patently false.

I'm glad that guy is the Chairman of a major political party.

This is kind of old news, but I post what I want!
