99% of Quagmire Votes Valid

More than 99% of Iraqi votes valid.

This just goes to show that Iraq is truly a quagmire.

Perhaps we should do that whole dunk your finger in permanent ink thing in the US.  It might not be as neat as an “I Voted” sticker, but would be much more secure and would definitely cut down on fraud at least a little bit.

There are bigger voter fraud problems in the US however.
